Stand Up Paddle

Stand Up Paddle has very ancient origins, born in the Hawaiian Islands several centuries ago, it's all about riding the sea using a big surf board and the use of a paddle to generate speed. 

- Course Structure:
After presenting the equipment, position and safety rules, we'll go in the water and start to
navigate discovering all the secrets of this amazing activity.


Wing SUP & Wing Foiling

Water sport just born with already a huge following, Wing SUP is a mix between Wind Surfing and Kite Surfing where with a special board and a wing we'll literally fly above water.

- Course Structure:
The first part is on land learning the use of the wing and all safety rules. After becoming familiar we'll enter the water using a SUP and put in practice what learned on land. Once ready the final step: adding the foil under our board and start to fly.


SUP Yoga

Directly from Florida coast the practice of Yoga on a Stand Up Paddle board is the perfect way to workout finding real ballance.

- Course Structure:
After paddling a few meters from the shore with our SUP's we'll connect all the boards and start to practice different Asanas. Before returning we'll practice a wonderfull and relaxing meditation.


Yoga

Yoga is a spiritual, physical and mental discipline that use special postures (Asanas), respiration excercises and meditation to bring harmony between body and mind.

- Course Structure: 

Daily Hatha Yoga session in the morning and meditation during the evening plus one SUP Yoga session and one Pranayama session.
